Carpaccio of Pig’s handles

Cooked pork handles in broth for 8 hours and destemed. Once cooled in molds, the product is laminated in thin sheets of pork handle. They are seasoned and left to empty for optimum preservation.

Ingredients: pork handles, unear pig mask, spices, vegetable hydrolysates, E331 antioxidant, preservative E250, stabilizing sugar, fine salt, Maldon salt, black pepper and extra virgin olive oil
Presentation Formats: 160 grams of carpaccio over vacuum packaging, inside a cardboard envelope.
Expiry: 40 days.
Directions: ready to be consumed with a prior and slight heat touch, ideal as an appetizer.
