Pork cheeks with Pedro Ximenez sauce

Pork cheeks with a nitrified process for 24 hours in Cámara and cooking in broth. Then they are destemming and seasoned with Pedro Ximenez reduction.

Ingredients: pork cheek, Maldon Salt and Pedro ximenez reduction.
Presentation Formats: in packs of 2 units, vacuum-packed.
Expiry: 50 days.
Instructions: ready to be consumed with a previous and slight touch of heat. We recommend its use in the oven, with an accompaniment to the taste.
