Ingredients: pork handles, unear pork careta, spices, vegetable hydrolysates, antioxidant, preservative, stabilizing sugar and fine salt.
Presentation Formats: in packs of 2 units vacuum packed.
Expiry: 60 days.
Instructions: ready to be consumed with a previous and slight touch of heat. We recommend its use in the brasses, so that the outer part is somewhat crispy, although they are ideal also with salsa a la casola.
