Ingredients: pork cheeks, unear pork careta, spices, vegetable hydrolysates, E331 antioxidant, preservative E250, stabilization sugar and fine salt.
Presentation Formats: in units of approx. 1 kg, vacuum-packed.
Expiry: 35 days.
Directions: It can be consumed directly as carpaccio or with a slight touch of heat for the elaboration of dishes such as pork cheeks timals.
